WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS
-courtesy of public mutual -
After a weak opening, the FBM KLCI firmed over the week and closed at 1,315.1 points to register a gain of 1.4% for the week.
However, regional markets closed lower on concerns over the Eurozones efforts to resolve Greeces debt crisis.
Looking ahead, the local market is anticipated to move in tandem with overseas markets. Investors will continue to monitor the outlook for the U.S. and global economic activities and interest rates.
